BOOTH INFORMATION

Shipping Booth Supplies Ahead of Time:

  • You can send your equipment ahead of time but no more than 3 days prior to the convention.
  • Please complete the top portion of the this form IPMA Exhibitor Shipping Form and return to Cynthia.Ramirez@loewshotels.com after you email Cynthia she will send a credit card authorization form for payment

Booth Layout:

  • Each exhibitor will have an assigned 6 foot table (no pipe and drape)

Electricity and WiFi:

  • Electricity will be provided, however, you will need to bring your own power strip/extension cords and will need to tape down any cords in walkways.
  • WiFi will be available for purchase as needed onsite.
