Live! by Loews Hotel

The Live! property is right next to Texas Rangers’ Globe Life Field and the Dallas Cowboys’ AT&T Stadium and conveniently located in the heart of Texas Live!, the new Arlington Entertainment District. There are lively outdoor events almost every night of the week, and a great line-up of bars and restaurants to explore, all within walking distance. We will have great opportunities to get out and enjoy quality fun together! The area offers a variety of entertainment every night of the week. Once we get a little closer, we will make plans for an optional group event like live music or a sporting event, based on schedule. They also have a great Golf Course partnership so we can have a golfing event on Monday.

Please note that the IPMA guarantees the hotel a certain number of rooms under the room block. As we get closer we may need to add more rooms to the block to accommodate our group based on the number of attendees. When we do this, we add to our commitment and guarantee. Once you book your room reservation under the room block we have counted on you in our final numbers. If you book your room and then cancel, or decrease the length of your stay, you will be responsible for the charges.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY…PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you cancel, or change your hotel reservation after September 1st, 2023 you will be responsible for any charges the IPMA incurs from the hotel for your cancelled or reduced rooms. By making a room reservation under the IPMA room block you agree to pay any charges the IPMA incurs from the hotel as a result of your cancellation or reduction in number or rooms or nights of your stay.
