The Convention will officially begin at 1:00 pm on Monday, October 10th. We will have our room block available from Sunday, October 9-13th.
If you plan to attend the afternoon event on Monday, plan to fly in Sunday or early Monday. The event will officially end late Wednesday evening so make your travel arrangement on Thursday so you don’t miss out on this epic event.
Make your flight reservations into the Nashville International Airport (BNA). The hotel is 9 miles from the airport, a quick 16-20 minute Taxi or Uber ride.
